2017年3月8日上午，習近平總書(shū)記在四川代表團參加審議時強調，要堅定不移打赢脫貧攻堅戰。他說，看到涼山州“懸崖村(cūn)”的村(cūn)民和孩子們常年在懸崖上爬藤條，上山下(xià)鄉，安全得不到保證，看了以後心情還是很沉重，也很揪心。前不久又(yòu)看到材料，說當地已經建了新的鐵梯，這樣，心裏又(yòu)感覺到松了一(yī)下(xià)。
